Prompt of the week: Three

Hey guys! My name is FreyaCarwen

So we have decided to do a weekly feature called the 'prompt of the week'. We will be including variations of prompts that you can use as a theme depending on your preference. The theme's depend on your preference of either a literary or visual stimulation.

So we will be accepting literary pieces or any other media as long as it the content isn't too mature (kids do use this site) and if it is mature content that it has a warning.

There is now a folder where you can submit your pieces in and we will choose the best pieces to be featured on the front page and in a journal on the front page of one of the admins profiles. After each week we will move the pictures out of the folder and into appropriate folders unless they are the best choices which will be in featured.

So our key to each prompts are:
Theme: The core to the choosing of a particular set of prompts.
Word prompt: A single word chosen to a particular theme.
Visual prompt: A random deviant's artwork chosen in order to visually engage a writer in their creative process.
Poetic prompt: A random deviant's poem in reference to the given theme.
Music-related prompt: A random song relating to the given theme directing you to the Youtube website in order to listen to it.

So these are the prompts for the week:

Make sure to put the specific prompt that you are using in the description of your work so we know what category it is under.

Feel free to send us notes if you would like a particular theme for a prompt and we can consider it

Also I would like to point out that if one person submits their work then they get their work featured for the week, something to think about
